The foundation of a co-operative association or possible alteration of its statutes or its dissolution must be attested by a notarial deed. The notary co-operates in creating statutes and attests by a notarial deed the main issues discussed at the meeting of the co-operative association.
According to the law, a notary also attests the course of the first meeting of a community of the owners of residential and non-residential units. At the meeting the members elect the community bodies and approve the statute.
